I've looked comprehensively for threads on this subject without success. I'm sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but I can't find it if it has.
On Monday 24th @ 05.39 I received an email informing me that my account had been 'temporarily suspended following some routine checks'.
It asked me to upload some documents as proof of identity etc. which I duly did that morning.
I've heard nothing else since and have found no way of contacting them, either by telephone, or their website.
My account remains suspended.
Can anyone enlighten me on what happens next and the timescale involved?
Having been an account holder for 22 years without any issues I was puzzled by this. If it was merely a NYC requirement

They did the same to me. And you can see how long I've been with them.
I couldn't withdraw until I'd jumped through their hoops.

You would need to provide more info imo to receive any worthwhile replies.
Do you pay PC? - If they think it's PC avoidance you could be fecked for a good long while.
At the other end of the spectrum, are you losing more than usual, staking more than usual, depositing more than usual?
What else did they ask for? - Or was is just proof of identity?

When I try to make contact I am sent to a 'here to help' page where it states, not found the answer you were after?... the quickest way to get in touch and a box below which I press on which then generates help is on the way and a spinning wheel for 5 seconds then it reverts to the help screen again. Basically a deadly loop and nothing happens.
OK, thanks. I think the problem might be my end. I may have my settings not allowing pop ups.

Thanks Doc. I've done that and resolved the matter.
What I cant seem to do is get my desk top pc to allow the chat pop up box to appear.

I think the chat is just a knock off AI now.
Also even if you get through to someone at BF you may not like the answer you get.
I did when they created the new mobile sportsbook which is completely different from the desktop version even to the point of having only a selected few markets and features that you have to navigate to the desktop site to get.
I’m still not sure how you can have two sites offering different products but there you go…betfair 2023 logic for you.
It’s still broken in places but Indian call centre guy told me I’m the only one complaining so I’ll just have to deal with it or…download the app lol
