Sold outright to Mr Drew after an independent valuation agreed by administrator. If only this was done before Aintree. Now against his Cheltenham nemesis. same result, I'm afraid.

So for what its worth the lord of the Dance wasn`t insolvent it was the associated companies. That means the administrators when they went to court to get a court order to serve on the BHA they would have had to convince the Court Company assets were used to purchase bmg.so......

For what it is worth Pieman, Dance has been clearly doing a Ponzi. Arrested, out on police bail whilst FCA do their assessment. All assets to be liquidated either as proceeds of crime or in bankruptcy. Court order freezing assets was obtained in the normal way on the day of FCA taking control, ordering trading to cease and having 8 weeks to go back to court for formal orders to sell assets such as a 50% share of Bravemansgame. Given equine assets eat quite literally into investor's money and risk accident or death daily, they would wish to cash them in before cars, boats and property. Jess Dance was responsible for dealing with new clients and their assets at the company.
