it is an indictment of english poofball that badly-run clubs are rewarded for their incompetence by the injection of cash from unpleasant sources. it started with chelsea, then man city, now newcastle have been propelled up the table by dirty money
clubs that acted responsibly are thus penalised. the towel-heads didnt really want newcastle, theyd much prefer a big club but this was the best available. likewise, abramovich wanted manure but couldnt get it wouldnt be allowed anywhere else. you cant but any club in germany, for example |
