If a horse starts a race there should no refunds.

It shouldn't be down to individual bookmakers to decide whether they want to carry out a publicity stunt. If you back a horse ante-post, and it gets injured, how about refunding all of those ?

Does seem a bit random - annoying when I'm sure we've all lost in similar circumstances before. Or even worse when jumps horse is considered under orders but standing still well behind all the others...

did they refund on the  bf exchanges?

Label it a 'Justice refund'

Billys have what they call "fair play" rules, refund when the horse doesn't come out of the stalls or gets left
But it is only when they decide and not in all cases
Report stu April 22, 2023 3:14 PM BST
Matt, can't do that as they would have to pay the layers on the exchange if so...

Larabrown is very popular around town since the operation.

The operation itself, whilst going sadly awry, has left it with Hottentot styled labia majora that have been dubbed oxford bags and are a source of fascination with the local toilet dwellers. Fraudy has never been as popular with his chums at the local tavern.

I really do not understand this from OP: "It shouldn't be down to individual bookmakers to decide whether they want to carry out a publicity stunt."

Who on earth should decide what individual bookmakers do as publicity stunts or for customer relations?
