Absolute shocker by Cosgrave there, ride all the way to the line, is the rule, if you want to win!

Cosgrave needed the real Concorde's nose there.

Too much of a coincidence the horse drifted from 1/8 to 1/6 before the off and the second came back in from 10/1 to 8/1. Cosgrave never had any intention other than winning by a neck or half a length. Be interesting to see if there were big spread bets on winning distance?The ban has to be 6 months minimum for this type of offence to wipe it out. The game will die if people lose confidence in its credibility. The jockey club have to investigate all betting patterns on this race, and the law must change immediately. But the jockey club/BHA  will take at least 6 months to do anything, they are the most incompetent regulatory body in Europe.

Just seen it, i like Cosgrove he is a decent Jockey but yeah 6 month ban for sure....That happens to often and really has to be stamped out.
