Told a customer he had a sleeper once (result reversed for £275), did the paper work gave me the 75,
I often drop 10s n 15s to the shop I use often, Treat staff with respect and you get it back if you have a query with a bet |

A score for me Ronnie on a couple of occasions but I was with Billys from about 1990 to late 90's or early 2000's, I forget the exact dates, so a few years ago now.

dont punt inb shops very much nowdays but would always tip staff if i had a decent win when i did use the shops . at my local laddies a staff member would just take bets with not no interaction whatsoever . i always took prices and said could i have the price please and thanked him when placing the bets as i do all staff he would not answer and never ever said thanks ,its not a lot to ask ! just manners but its important imo. anyway one day i had a decent and tipped the girl who was working in the next to him the odd £45 from the winnings ,he looked at me as if to say wheres mine so i said to him you woulda got some as well if you had a better attitude ! ............i suspect she probably shared it with him anyway but there ya go . my sons manages a billys and often gets £50 quid tips his best tip was £200 from a big winning punter ,he has good manners . and the shop averages about £150-250 a week over the year in tips which are shared between the 3 staff .
