some decent group race action this afternoon 3yo ,colts and fillies group 3s over 7f prix fountainblau and prix grotte , 2 nonners in the colts race cut the field down to just the 5 runners and i will look at that more closely later . the fillies is more interesting and the fav blue rose cen is a group1 winner hacking up by 5l at the arc meeting very progressive and could improve this term and around even money she sets the standard and should be hard to beat but this is her 1st run of the season and the french gns is prob the target so she could be vulnerable 1st time up .it looks a competetive affair to me and autumn starlight finished like a train to win on her seasonal debut she is unbeaten 2 from2 and looks to be improving . a few of these including the 2 mentioned look to have scope and come into the could be anything catagory and a couple at bigger prices who could outrun their odds are LINDY AND PAZ both unbeaten and lindy is 3 from 3 and won a listed race on her seasonal debut and is progressing and has a fair bit of exp and has won over a mile and in the forcast heavy going is a positive . also PAZ unbeaten 2 from2 and on form prob has a bit to find but both have the breeding and potential to progress and we dont know how good either of these fillies could be and they can be backed at big prices around 16/1 and 18/1 bog b365 each way. SELECTIONS LINDY 16/1 BOG EW &PAZ 20S IN PLACES EW good luck opinions encouraged.
fabres runners in these type of events always need respecting and algolia is well bred unbeaten and could be anything but lindy looks to have acheived more imo and shees a double figga price and fabres runner is around 4/1 and looks short enough .

dont usually like playing in small fields but the fontainbleu is interesting and could be an angle ,rajanpour is unbeaten 3 from 3 and well bred and progressive and obviously smart but looks to me as though further will suit better he could still hack up here but last time looked to need every yard of the mile trip and this will be the shortest he has run over this could well be tactical and he could be nailed by a speedier rival over this 7f possible he will make the running but could be vulnerable .american flag progressive and on a hat trick here needs respecting but short enough .as said these small field races are often tactical slow run affairs and at the prices i have backed MANIATIC who is unbeaten 2 from2 steps up in class but is well bred and trained by a master and can be backed at around 13/2 or better and could be anything . also had a few quid on maharba ya sanati at 20s on a hat trick looks to be improving and in a small field could outrun his odds just looks too big a price to me . selections MANIATIC 13/2 BOG WIN BET AND MAHHHABA YA SANATI 20/1 WIN BET GOOD LUCK OPINBIONS ENCOURAGED.

Oh yes. I always get the days wrong. I'm loaded on the 1st and 2nd fav in both Guineases ie Big Brown Bear/Auguste Rodin and Tahiyra and Mediate. I'm hoping at least one will turn up for each otherwise antepost book will be skewed again just like last season; Puncheston, watch out for Teahupoo. I'm on a retrieval mission; he sunk my accas last month.
