I need to see a replay but one of those jockeys might have a very long holiday. The horse in front did hang but why do they ride so close to the wings in the first place?

Race 1 - 2:10pm THE BEST ODDS GUARANTEED DAILY AT VICKERS.BET 'NATIONAL HUNT' NOVICES' HURDLE RACE (CLASS 4) (GBB RACE) An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final hurdle involving RAMBO T (IRE), which unseated its rider at the final hurdle, ridden by Fergus Gregory, and BLUE FIN (IRE), which was subsequently carried out, ridden by Sean Quinlan. The interference was found to be accidental and caused by RAMBO T (IRE) jinking sharply left-handed approaching the wing of the hurdle, bumping and badly hampering BLUE FIN (IRE) and causing that gelding to be pushed through the wing, resulting in Quinlan being unseated. As such, the Stewards deemed there was no riding offence involved.

Just encouraging other jockeys with a half length lead to do the same. I know it is hard to tell what the horse is doing on its own decisions but surely any time a horse is pushed off the course needs to be punished in some way. If the Stewards are sure it was the horse, then ban the horse for 2 months.

Not the point. They don't know why they are "not trying" either but can still get banned for a couple of months. Not good enough to blame the horse and escape any penalty.
