I can add a few more reasons why it isn't going to win. I backed it last year, and it was a bit of a sickener. These colours seem to have a habit of finishing second recently. It bossed the race from the front, but loads of competition on the front end this year. It also appears as if Blackmore - didn't ride last year - has forgotten how to boss any race from the front. Softer ground probably not ideal as well. It's a lovely bookmakers race that probably boils down to who turns up on the day. Crystal ball race. I would just put a line through it.

Nice 9% deduction for Global Citizen out - although a front runner and would have preferred him to run.

I think Global Citizen pulling out was key. The front two went a milliom over the first couple, and then slowed it down.
Even more crazy gamble on Ain't That A Shame 25/1-8/1 in a few days. Does the form, or pedigree suggest he wants more than four miles? |

His horse really do not seem in good form, only the one's where the application of money has worked!
See 26K has traded at 10/1 on here for Ain't That A Shame but I won't be following that one. |

Douglas Talking....pocket talking yes...but given last run and the way the horse powered on down the straight...have no idea why you would bomb out in front and make so much use of the horse early doors?!
