An out and out stayer and is held up in sixth place of eight runners. Having looked beforehand like a certainty I saved my money when saw Atzeni was on board. This sort of horse isn't his type of ride. I know the trainer puts up some poor jockeys on his over the jumps but it looks as though he's saved others a few quid when putting up this jockey.

I fell for it sadly. Not very animated AA. He looked weak tbh.

He's the last jockey you'd want on one that needs driving. Saved me money. Also seemed happy enough just to get second, or he may have been just knackered.
he rode it quite well last week at Nottingham. Very different today.
I have been saying for years (and getting heavily criticised for it by all the experts on here!) that he is a terrible jockey. No surprise to me that he finally lost his retainer and the No.1 job at Varians yard. There are only so many Group races you can take being lost because of this idiot.
His tactical ability or lack of it is shocking. The 3.00 today as a prime example of losing on the best horse!!

A terrible jockey. Speciality is losing on the best horse in the race. Tactical nous = ZERO. Weak in the finish. You can see why he lost his retainer / Varian job.
