People scared to mention Lee Rigby in same sentence as Stephen Lawrence, both attacks carried out by scum of the earth, what a pathetic country this is.

this will have the opposite effect to that intended. the one example of a black youth murdered by a knife gang. there have been many more the other way round but we not know the names of any of them. everyone knows this but nobody says it

white youths targeted and stabbed, sometimes fatally. middle class kids in particular are seen as a soft touch and easily frightened. and i have a lot of anecdotal evidence to support this('your worst nightmare' is often the language used by the attackers, from what ive heard). the fact is knife crime is overwhelmingly a black crime but all the other victims(black) are also nameless. the one example of a white racist group is headline news for decades but all the other kids are forgotten

if you lived outside a big city you might suppose black kids were running scared of being attacked but the reality is the direct opposite

how many racists do you know? i dont know any. and ive been lurching around london a long time. all this does is breed resentment among black folk and seething from the small number of real racists who see the blatant favouring of one victim over the overwhelming majority

it is divisive

The name is used as a business brand.

The police weren't institutionally racist. They were institutionally incompetent.

What exactly is his connection to Horse Racing? There is none as far as know, in which case you have to ask why the BHA thinks playing the race card in a perverse sort of way helps.

He was from Plumpstead in South London, not too far from me. There aren't any stables nearby, as far as I know anyway.

Surely it's a positive that he doesn't come from a
racing background?People normally  whine about
the game's a closed shop & jobs for the boys as
such.
By:

When: 07 Apr 23 18:29
Why would it be a positive for racing if he had nothing to do with racing Penzance? It is political crap that the BHA should keep their snouts out of and stop this "inclusive" bull and sort out more important issues that Are to do with racing!!?

I wonder how much this will boost attendance on that day. If the numbers go up by 1000s perhaps it could be a regular event. After all racing does need new ideas to increase numbers. Maybe this will be it.

I wouldn't go. I avoid products from companies who use packaging to force their politics onto customers also, it's almost exclusively the acronym mob.
