Although I never watch that programme I very much enjoy listening to Mangan.

Agree.Very talented knowledgeable, and unlike many , obviously does her homework.

Her big insight into racing at Limerick today was that it was gonna be extra heavy going because of the four days racing over Christmas. I'm sure Gary told her off camera that the cracking at Christmas was on the regular track, whereas today's racing was on the inside one.

Of the recent recruits to our screen over the past few years shes head and shoulders above the rest, and as someone said above, theres no need to press the mute button, I'd even go so far as I turn the volume up when she speaks.

Problem with her these days that she acts as though she's better than everyone else and knows all (never misses a chance to talk about her qualifications), not just on screen. And just to make sure she has to talk louder than anyone else.
