had to ring up their customer support via telephone, worst thing I ever did. 10 mins wait to be put through to someone and had to hang up and re-dial several times as each person/representative I was put through to could barely speak a word of English.
they couldnt even get the spelling of my first name correct despite me giving it them letter by letter. they truly struggled to string a sentence together.
utter joke.

I had a Paddies rep trying to tell me for 20 mins I didn't qualify for a free bet, because they had reduced a price on one of my bet builder selections - without telling me it was reduced automatically by the builder - after I basically said it sounded like deception, they eventually said 'well you can have the free bet this time as I can see what you mean'
I stopped using betbuilders all together after that customer rep basically informed me that I was being totally conned behind the scenes in how they reduce individual prices combined. But, I found it odd how they persisted in being stubborn in such detail (gave me the exact reduction of price (a 1.36 selection became 1.23 in the acca apparantly, and made it not qualify as a selection despite me picking over 1.25 shots as conditions stated). Before finally just giving in! |

Just to add the 'beaut' of this one too.
They tried (and failed) to explain it was reduced because it was a related bet, that I'd bet on bookings and corners. I asked them how these were related, which surprisingly they failed to explain. |
