Agree, it's a really good interview.

The trouble with the George Washington big win story was that Elves was being paid to watch the Newmarket gallops, but his biggest win came because he happened to be eating in the same gaff as John Magnier one day.

In the early nineties he gave tips to some friends of mine. Over a few months he gave about 10 tips, 9 of which were short prices and all won. The other was longer, advised each way and placed.
