It is a shocker without doubt GC and a real shame for Plumpton who do well to put up decent if not great prizemoney.As an advocate of better prize money and better incentives for owners,money filtered down to the lower echelons,it beggars belief tbh.
Some trainers sending horses hundreds of miles when Plumpton not so far from their bases etc? Hard to argue admission costs but hardy the fault of the track? |

Only last week we had people complaining about Mullins having 10 in one race ,between three meetings today we have just 1 double figure field. Barstool Dambuster is not probably correct he is absolutely 100% correct |

No maybe not the tracks fault, but surely within their remit to reduce admission for such poor cards, do they have no shame ?? |

31 runners now. We need a day off during the week- that will help field sizes IMO.

When we had no jump racing for about 10 days in Dec because of snow the field sizes the following 2 weeks were great. Thats proof
