in a 10k to the winner race....you don't mess up by going for the win too hard do you ? It is a possible flaw in the AW bonus prize. Just looking regards the future not last nights bonus winner btw. It might be better to scrap points for a place.

You could counter that argument though, that if encourages horses to be ridden out for a place on all the earlier races.
It's probably unlikely that yesterday's scenario will happen again and if it dies, it's always going to be in just one race.
I get your thinking though, although I'm not so sure that was yhe case with that horse.
