It's all relative, I think he lost £300k on it last time out.

Never in doubt

Very pleased for him - especially so, assuming his bet was with Star again!

King runner ran like a RAT ![]() |

Monster performance. Glad Townend was able to rode him the way he wanted unlike last time.
|
|

Will he fit in his heated seat at the Amex tonight with all that cash in his pocket? Bet he'd swop a big slice of his winnings for a win over the Palace tonight - our record against them is dire.

How far has King slipped down the table ffs.

Yet he's had some seriously good flat winners in the last few years.

|
By:
Yes that is what i thought Glasgow.

By:
Hope he had a good bet with that Starsport chappy.

nothing to see hear , i'm sure it was the ground that turned it around 50 odd lengths with the others.
|
|
By:
That's Chamberlin for you though...and Bloom obviously never fell asleep in a green house!

No, haven't you heard, it was the white take off boards ![]() ![]() Fook knows what will happen when these horses rock up at Punchestown and they're back to orange, they won't know whether they are coming or going. ![]() |

page 19 of the post today starsports now claim it was a £600,000 bet so the previous claim of £400,000 was a mistake to be fair its an easy mistake to make.

|
By:
Great have an amazing time there jimnast, you probably saw an all time great if you were there Tuesday. Wish i had been there enjoy!
|
|
By:
i know its stating the obvious eric it was a magic hour adding to that a great arkle winner.

Morning Jimnast
Tuesday was superb, i will not forget my experience there for a long time, and as i mentioned on my thread, it's not always about the money. I've been to some decent meetings around the world, but Cheltenham festival is up there with the best, i've lost count how many times i've watched media videos from the day. Good luck. |

The white boards were a factor. Energumene looked spooked at the first last time out and nearly jumped it sideways. Clowns like Megan Nicholls mocked Willie for using it as an excuse but he’s worked with horses all his life and his record shows he knows more about the game than dumb pundit know-alls.
|
|
By:
quite right andrew its not always about the money i never had a bet in either the champion hurdle or the mares but still could not take my eyes of either race,i must admit i closed them a few times in the arkle.
good luck |
