1.30 Hard to invisage the Irish not taking this race again but Olly Murphys horse Chasing Fire is most unusual in that he's an unbeaten horse and his Half brother was also unbeaten culminating in a win in the German 2000gns.! Breeding is very interesting sired by a dual G1 winning horse on Soft ground who improved with age,  out of an ex Cumani stayer on the flat. You can't do anymore than win so at 33/1 1/5 odds 1st 4 may be worth a punt.
2.50 Cloudy Glen, ran a terrific race on his comeback at Haydock in the GN trial only giving way over the last, goes on any ground, 2nd in the Kim Muir over this distance looks a decent chance at 36/40 on here, 25/1 with books.
3.30 Zanahiyr, the stand out stat in the CH is that horses that have been placed in the race before have a great chance of getting placed again, with Honeysuckle and Epatante diverting to the mares leaves the door open for Zanahiyr disqualified from 3rd last year to grab a place again. Only 3 lengths behind Vauban at Leopardstown, after 2 runs over much further and had previously ran Sharjah to a nk in a G1 who himself was twice 2nd in the CH, Elliott will have him spot on for this.
4.10 Queens Brook 2nd in this last year behind Maries Rock only getting collared in last 1/2 furlong, won well lto beating Scottish Champion hurdler Anna Burina comfortably over this distance, looks a value EW punt at about 20/1 compaed to Maries Rock at 11/4.

I would've backed Zanahiyr a place if there were 8 runners

I like Zanahiyr for 3rd spot. Would imagine he wont even realistically try to win the race, but will certainly have their eye on 3rd prize. Soft ground will be a big advantage will be staying on when others have cried
enough.

Can see this splitting into 2 races CH/State  & maybe ILTMI vying for win/2 place the rest trying to nab 3rd spot.

Have Cloudy Glen and Queens Brook , but backed Fanion Destruval At 55/12.5 first 3 , on here purely on the basis its last Newbury run was too bad to be true and down to the ground , the horse looked sour and light years away from a really taking display at Wetherby when it looked anything but . Lucy back on board will hopefully help .

Yes I'm bad. Glad I got on in time. Ridden to finish third which they'll be delighted with.

Exactly 4/1 for 3rd much better than 1/3 the winner.

1/3 the winner way safer though Wink
