I know times are hard and BF must be a bit skint with all that recent investment in their Customer Service offering - but is there any Betfair socks up for grabs this year please?

I'm afraid not Management, there was a brief interaction last year with someone who sounded positive about more BF forum interaction, then there was the forum survey which never came to anything.
My guess is everyone's over in the customer bank statement snooping department. To be fair though, I didn't contact to ask them this time round. |
