Bizarrely, I just analysed around 96,000 races over the last 6 years in the UK and ACTUALLY this is the FIRST of those years where you would have made a small profit LAYING ALL first and second favourites! For ALL other years (after BF commission) you would make the usual small loss whether you laid or backed the same first and second favourites. As always, the markets are pretty perfect. To level stakes of course.
