It looked like the lay of the day at Newbury when it was around 4/1-9/2 or so.
It is 15lb higher than it's last run at the track and that is the underlying reason for the big drift IMO Highest winning mark I believe was its last run at 143? Up to a mark of 158 today. No question the hoss loves the track but surely the H'cap mark will stop it in its tracks. GL if you play it though |

Gemirande could well get an easy lead here and nick it from the front.
Zanza 13/8 [3 pl] on the machine could be the way in as it'll most likely be out the back and stay on for a place. saying that there could be an entirely different scenario early on ![]() |

Looked as if the distance was too short on that ground, but it was a terrible ride. Even winning he is not a horse that does it on the bridle you have to be at him not sitting up in the saddle like an amateur.
