Burke made all on Welsh Charger last time, and the horse clearly doesn't do anything quickly. So why this time was he so happy to sit fourth or fifth conceding threre or four lengths to the winner? Never looked likely to claw it back on a sharp track.

Repeat race today on different terms and softer ground. Let's see if anyone does anything different.

Welsh Charger well supported to reverse the form. I wouldn't be too keen at 1/1 given that he is a clumsy jumper and lacks a gear.

Favourite probably got the run of rag, My Boy Grizzle, and the very poor jumping of the second to thank for falling over the line.
