What a ride this jockey put in on this winner today. The horse made a shuddering mistake at halfway, wanted to give up and Tudor simply refused to let it, getting it running again. Had to re-invigorate the horse again five out and then got into contention and we saw the result. The jockey deserves every penny of his earned fee and prizemoney. A great ride. He must be as fit as an SAS man.

I thought it an excellent ride from Jack Tudor and agree with LoyalHoncho.

Great ride on the Bear , Error at last fence would have been a lot closer
Hoss is small and didn't get very high at quite a few. Made two howlers at the middle fence down the the far side of the track.
Jockey was shovelling the coal on for most of the way.
Best aspect of the ride for me was the way he didn't panic even when the saddle had slipped and managed to restrict the crack of the shillelagh to what looked like 6 cracks despite the awkward situation of having ground to make up at the last two or three fences.
Great horsemanship and a genuine hoss.
