He is telling you that Kittys Light is a 7 yr old, since 2008 only 1 from 20 seven year olds has won the Eider and only four of them made the frame.

As Greg Gory is pointing out 9 yr olds have won 7 runnings of this from 50 runners and also 11 years have won this twice from 22 efforts. Sams Adventure gets in here as an 11 year old in good form, a previous winner of the race and carries a stone less than when winning this two years ago, only negative is that he was put in at 6/1 and has drifted to double those odds and went out to 20 on here, not what you like to see from the Ellison stable, still could be a decent bet in the extended place markets.
