Good decision , no going back from what she did and that Sky interview stating she had no regrets regarding her trip to Syria made the ruling pretty simple.

UK legal aid probably, charities, paid interviews no doubt. The BBC has endless features about her.
don't think you have to be a citizen Rico to qualify. Just need to be bringing an action in the UK courts, and have no £. It is how all those fighting deportation qualify. If I am wrong on that, there are oodles of firms who would do this case pro bono as a loss leader.

Paul Fulcher, who runs specialist firm Legal Costs Experts, said: ‘You have to remember that some of these barristers can charge up to £1,000 per hour and this case has gone on for almost two years through several courts.
‘If the whole process starts again and ends up at the Supreme Court, the whole thing could cost taxpayers upwards of £5million.’

Sounds a lot, but it's just over half a days hotel bills for other undesirables, we can't give it away fast enough these days.
After all the money spent it will probably end up at the ECHR... I would have blown her up so now the second next best option just leave her rot in that Syrian camp

The whole thing is ridiculous, has more to do with politics than anything else. If the girl has committed crimes against the UK then she should be brought back to face those charges in Court. If she hasn't committed any crimes then she should be allowed back.

Bring her back? hundreds of thousands in Legal Feesin give her a slap on the wrists, couple of years at most.
And then were are you going to deport her to? Seeing as she probably has no other citizenship and no other country would take her. She would end up here on benefits for life all paid for by Daft cnts like me.
The only contribution I would be happy to make would be for the fckin Bullet.
