Thought it looked a bit odd myself, perhaps he ran better than expected after such a long lay off, no idea if has a Cheltenham entry but Meade well capeable of a touch.

Between the last two he was still cantering and let the other two get away, not off a yard today.

I'm a big fan of the guy but that wasn't good,I know the horse was coming back from a break but he should have asked for some semblance of an effort earlier as he was cantering between the last 2 fences to be nearest at the finish.
