know there has been a change in the whip rules, i dont know much about that.
other than that is it business as usual, heard about a new jockey, cant remember his name, bit behind the times here especially my working knowledge, as havent really checked the results very often in last three years, will take bit of time catching up

Billy Loughnane is probably the jockey you've heard of. He has gone to America for a while after losing his 7lb claim, but will be back for the summer turf season. He should be really good in big field handicaps with a 5lb claim. I imagine his dad will be aiming for the handicaps at big meetings like Royal Ascot.
