Question for stat. fans.....

I am a firm believer in betting by stats and would greatly appreciate learning the answer to the following: in the past 20years or so has there ever been a race meeting where each runner in the first 3 in betting of every race has finished 'out of the money'. In plainer language, the places in every race on the card being filled by non-first 3 in the betting horses.  If so, any record of the jackpot/placepot dividends?  Thanks in advance.
