I tried to transfer funds from poker wallet to main wallet today,but was declined and asked to try again in 2 minutes. Instantly my money disappeared and showed a nil balance, after an hour on web chat i was cut off and told they could not help me.

yes spoke to Aaron from 3.54 to 5.15,final answer was it may turn up eventually.
no, i have checked all my account transactions to no avail. I was hoping to prove i had a balance of the amount in poker but in history only profit/loss is shown,no balances.
Floating around it will turn up…..I wouldn’t worry too much….
