Changing Password -ERROR

Still unable to change my password
surely a big security risk

Have you done what ramruma has suggested and cleared out your cache, cookies etc.?

yes tried that and even tried a different computer still didnt work
tried a different browser still no good.

Click on Help (at the top) then scroll down (ignore the rest of the page) and press Get In Touch.

still waiting

If you've not received the email, check your spam mail folder, and also which email address is registered on your account. Then try again and see if you can get to an actual human. Try telling the chatbot you get an error, rather than saying you want to change your password.

Still never got an email
checked spam folder straight away nothing
just tried it all again and still same error
will contact the human being later
