I had that a while ago. Think you have to enable 3rd party cookies then restart the browser.

It's definitely to do with 3rd party cookies, was the same as you, sky races ok, rtv not. Try clicking on the icon top right on the actual live stream window and allow cookies. Pretty sure that sorted it.
