Same as the Irish one at Plumpton the other day,on form sure to be there but ran like it was 1000/1 shot, never looked like it was going to win.But they all seem to get away with it,would be cheesed off if you took evens or less beforehand and did not have a decent run for your money.

Pearsonaly That Elliott is a Piece of ****

By:
Elliott & co. seemed rather subdued as they unsaddled the horse. O'Regan, by contrast, was giving them chapter and verse. One of those occasions when I really wish I weren't deaf now, because going on appearances I'm not 100% convinced that the trainer was expecting that.

All in my humble opinion of course….I do think envelopes fly…

The representative of Gordon Elliott explained that the gelding appeared to have been unsuited by the Soft, Heavy in places ground on this occasion and would prefer less testing conditions. Their explanation was noted and the Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding during routine testing, failed to reveal any abnormalities. |

'this occasion'. So when it wins on the same ground sometime in the future that's ok then.

The Irish horse at Plumpton opened 5/4 and kept drifting 1/2 hour before the race, think it went out to 5/2 on here, the name was Grozni. On all known form it could not be out of the first three but ran really badly, was beat halfway. If the game was straight why did it drift so badly on the win and place market, the writing was on the wall before it started. Was going to Lay it at 2/1 on here but looked at its form and thought it should be odds on,so refrained from laying it.Why didnt you lay it then people will say but how do you lay a horse which has a ton in hand on form.

The representative of Gordon Elliott explained that the gelding appeared to have been unsuited by the Soft. Absolute Fking Rubbish. Horse has won on softer and placed in 2nd in Irish soft ground!
