I've been overcharged this week due to the calculation being incorrect for a previous losing week. i.e. the losses weren't fully accounted for. I haven't bothered to chase them up about it yet (I will in due course) ... it's only £12 difference.
The thing is it's easy not to check PC when you have a losing week. Every chance this is not an isolated incidence.
Don't see anything in the service announcements. Not received an email. Don't think it's to do with that. The incorrect week was the week was 31/10-6/11. My gross loss was £156 that week and my charges £6.4. Times the charges by 2.5 and should have been able to win £172 before any PCs were due. 2.5 times my lifetime charges was only £143 less than my lifetime GP. It should have been £172 less

I have quit full time gambling. It's not worth the effort or aggro anymore and I can afford to, I think, (even with inflation going through the roof) but that doesn't mean I've stopped betting altogether.

"Our Pricing Team got back to us apologizing for being overcharged £11.73 in premium charges for last week.
The team has processed the partial refund of £11.73 in premium charges for the week commencing 14th Nov 2022 due to a miscalculation and this is available in your account
Moreover, the tech team has had a look at this issue and there is nothing to suggest that there is an underlying issue with the calculations that should result in a reoccurring issue.
The lifetime values for your account now all align so going forward, the account should be charged correctly.
If you experience any other similar issues, do not hesitate to contact us so that our team would have a further look for you."
