Thanks

Isleham

I've been (Champion stakes) albeit a good few years ago.

I was staying at an airport hotel and going to Leopardstown i simply got a taxi, it wasn't so expensive (then). On the way back, i got a bus into Dublin city (as did many) and it didn't appear to be a problem

Get the Luas to Sandyford and there is a complimentary shuttle bus to the racecourse. Alternatively get the Luas to the next stop - Central Park - and it is about a 10 minute walk to the racecourse

Coach from the airport for around €10 drops at the door….in time for an Irish breakfast…

Both kerryboy and form are correct in there advice.if you do go isleham pay the extra for the seats (premier) the view of the racing is superb.

If your staying at the Clayton the bus drops at the door if staying in Dublin tram is best

I'm not even sure there was a coach from the airport when i went (Daylami and Frankie won the Champion stakes) but a tenner seems a good deal to me.

I though Dublin was a really nice city, good night life, although i can't comment today of course.

Take plenty of funds, very very expensive in the centre but brilliant nightlife.

Tram/Luas couldnt be easier. Goodluck.

Always go for 3 days at Punchestown plus the monday night at either Naas or Navan and stay at Barberstown Castle but never done Leopardstown so pretty familiar with the City.

So where on the course exactly do you get this breakfast.
Been going to leopardstown from the late 80's and never seen breakfast apart from a filled roll

everything else similarly priced.

The breakfast was served next to a bar......1st race 1:50pm there was no breakfast it's not the high St they don't cater for breakfast when those hrs have elapsed.
Panoramic restaurant will serve lunch and afternoon tea the other's are cafeteria and fast food.
Someone said on another thread you have an opinion on so many threads now I understand that with all this bull$hit.

The Luas ( Tram ) Green Line goes from City centre to Sandyford which will have a shuttle bus drop you to course or the next stop is central park which is ten minute walk from course.
If you are staying near airport which is North of the city get a taxi to Parnell Luas stop ( top of O Connell street) or Marlborough street ( back of O Connell street ) to get on the green Luas going south to leopardstown which is South of the city.

Don't attempt to drive through the city. The last time I did that about 10 years ago it took 3 hours to travel 3 miles. I have not back since.

You usually get the tickets a little cheaper on pigsback.com if you're booking in advance

Left it late, coming over also just a couple days Wed/Thurs racing any hotel recommendations?
By:

When: 22 Nov 22 22:49
Stay wherever you can afford,Bray near leopardstown has hotels probably cheaper than Dublin but it depends on what you want.
Most will be day trippers as it's Christmas and who wants to get a fukin breakfast when turkey and ham is available
