Just got a yellow band about an inch wide. Can't switch betweensections of the site eg sportsbook, and balance info gone.

I can't see my balance  in the orange bar at the top on my laptop but can on my tablet and smartphone.
Can anyone suggest how I can resume normal service on the laptop please ? This never happened before ...fully logged in and tried every icon on the rest of the screen to no avail .

Same here, loads of account details missing, can't access my bets to see what's matched, unmatched, no balance shown, etc, etc
Tried multiple browsers, cleaned cokokies, caching etc. Makes no difference. Someone has made an @rse of the site design.

BF have obviously listened to all the complaints about not being able to hide your balance from the screen. Now you can't see it :-)

It happened to me on Firefox a few nights ago but appeared on Edge. Now on neither and I haven't got Chrome downloaded on this laptop. You can google betfair login and that lets you in . Cleared up on Firefox after an hour or so the other day.

- on the google page you will see various Options Listed - UNDER 'World's biggest Betting Exchange (light blue Link)

Click on - 'HORSE RACING' - from those Options


That will Directly Open the Betfair EXCHANGE HORSE RACING Page  -

On the MENU on the LEFT - click on - 'Horse Racing Today's Markets' ... and you have got the lot.

AT THE TOP of that Left-Hand MENU  (in a Black background) - You will see aWhite Star and 'MY MARKETS'

Clik on - 'MY MARKETS'  and it will Open an OVERLAY LOG-In Box  ...

- and - Away you go.

That Has to be because - You are ALREADY Logged-IN


When you are NOT Logged-IN - then ...

Clik on - 'MY MARKETS'  - TOP of the MENU column -  and it will Open an OVERLAY LOG-In Box  ...

No log in option on the home page for me either. I only got the option to log in after clicking on the forum.

All info on the top orange bar missing for me. Tried all the above  fixes, none work. Can bet but am betting blind as I cant see my balance .
Can't therefore see if I have been paid or not.  No promotions icon on the left. Driving me daft.
Anyone any other ideas. The only way I can see my account is via the headers on this forum .

Site works on chrome browser but everything is in a different layout and hard to track stuff.

googled betfair, logged on through sportsbook then switched to exchange. Sportsbook still showing top part ie account balance.

No problem here on Chrome and the Exchange after clicking on Promotions yesterday.

It's fine on an android phone, my problem is on chrome
