It looks like you can just back both horses in the top 2 slots each race and win money. 80% of the time one of the two wins, even if they're joint favs at 4/1. The rest of the field is useless garbage.

They don't necessarily have to be 1st or 2nd favs, just in the firstt two slots. E.g. Ramdon Rocks was at 7.1 in the second slot and won, Starter for ten was at 7.2 in the third slot and didn't place.
