How do I hide my Betfair bank balance ?

Don't think you can any more. Wasn't the hide option removed so that punters could always see 'the damage'?

yup, gambling commission, think the thread on here had a few options re downloads you could run that enabled you to blank it out yourself, might have been pro sniper who stuck up a small blocker, can't recall

There is no option on the website to Hide Balance now. But if you use an ad-blocker to block ads and popups (e.g uBlock) you can also use it to hide any element on the web page (permanently), including Balance

Why would anyone want to hide their balance?The only thing I can think of it they have lost more than they can afford to and they are worried their Partner will see that all the dosh going into Betfair has dwindled away.

Some people were saying that they didn't like logging into BF and immediately knowing if their bets had won or lost by seeing their balance.

Also hide balance option if you had a bet, and wanted to watch the replays later that night when logged in.

I suppose it makes sense Longbridge, although it won't make any difference to the result. I logged on to my Lottery account a few time recently and hoped I would see my balance was 191 million, but wasn't distraught to see it wasn't, but did get a £40 a £30 and a £4.10 win, which isn't bad as I rarely do it as the odds are so poor, but my wife likes me to do it now and again, she like the lottery as well.
