Looked at them both this morning.

Off putting form to say the least.

As for "always trying", make your own mind up.

bit unfair. I backed Austrian Theory for small amount. My notes were - "Been running in listed until handicap lto. Ran off 97 down to 94. 1st 2nd and 5th won since. looks classiest in the field easiest race to date on paper"

Austrian Theory beaten aggregate of 34 lengths in last 3 races, still needed a leap of faith to back it off a 4ib drop in the weights imo.

Pleased you saw a chink of sunlight di mare that made you back it. Not enough to persuade me. Well done in any case.

thanks barstool. the last race was the one I concentrated on and I do love backing 3yo's against older horses this time of year with the allowance

Stephen Harris had it as a value bet
"Mark Johnston’s handicapper has slipped down the weights quickly after failing to fire since shaping well on his seasonal debut, and he might just be worth chancing here off a short break. He is extremely well treated now on the pick of his placed efforts last season in warm company, and a positive ride on fast ground might just bounce him back to form under Joe Fanning."
and no I didn't Sad
