Help with unauthorized login error message

sorry don't know what betting assistant is, is it possible someone has hacked into your betting assistant and changed the password, is your balance what it should be or any odd bets in your history.

It sounds like the error you get when your Gruss subscription has lapsed?

gruss software site dose not work but all other do plus betfair site

Have you changed your Betfair password recently, to one including special characters (like & for instance)?  Betfair can handle them, but I don't think Gruss can.

Thanks Longbridge. I just realised my subscription has lapsed. But I can't get on to their website to renew as it keeps hanging. Maybe they are bloccking my IP? I can access all other websites, apart from grusssoftware.

Hanging in what sense? Unlikely but possible they are blocking you but you could email them and ask. Possibly you are blocking them.

But first, have you tried a different browser or private/incognito mode on your usual browser, and clearing your browser cache and Gruss cookies?

Yesterday morning half the web was down. Have you tried since?

Hi ramruma. When I try to get into gruss website or use the betting assistant I get an error message or it times out.  I tried quite a few of these things you suggested. This has been ongoing for a week. I'll email Gary again, this time I'll put my account code in and maybe that way they can trace what's happened. My subscription ran out and I hadn't noticed it. I've enjoyed the week off, after 20  years on betfair I might just stop!

Wait. how does a lapsed subscription stop you getting to the Gruss website? Or did you mean you can get to the site but cannot log into the Gruss forum?

This is Gary from Gruss. I found a configuration error on our server which blocked access to a small number of IP addresses. If you still cannot access the website please drop us an email.
