All the watering that goes on cannot be helping matters. If it is hard underneath and soft on top horses will slip. Seems no one will run horses on firm ground anymore.

Truly incredible scenes. AGAIN.

Its high time they left the ground alone as we never had all these problems before all this ground watering.

Safety's the main aim but why did'nt the

All the watering that goes on cannot be helping matters
this is it I'm afraid - CotCs terrified of a going description with "firm" in it - total clowns |

Irish racing let horses run the walls and they still complete the meet...

Chester won’t care,£700/800 thousand ticket revenue trousered,no pay back as 4 races run ,but 1/5 attendances there will continue to plummit. We used to go to every meeting (6 of us)but now book a table in a nice gastro pub and have food and drink with ATR on ,all cheaper than county stand /long room access and even better no knobxxds.

Chester very kindly allowed people to stay in the bars until after the scheduled off time of the last race.
