Anyone know why Country Charm was deemed to be a NR Saturday night

An enquiry was held into the start and the possible withdrawal of COUNTRY CHARM, ridden by George Rooke. The rider and the Starter were interviewed and shown recordings of the start. It was found that COUNTRY CHARM firstly anticipated the start unseating Rooke, then shortly afterwards as the start was effected Rooke had his right foot on the running board and was holding the partition rail with his right hand. Therefore the Stewards deemed that in effect, COUNTRY CHARM was riderless at the off. They therefore found COUNTRY CHARM not to have started and ordered the filly to be withdrawn.

Thanks for that info Macintoshmatty .. I was green on it both sides and wondered why I had not been paid .
