I've been going round in circles trying to contact Betfair customer services on the website for the past hour and can't find a live chat portal, a phone number or even so much as an email address. Can anyone tell me how you report a problem with your account? Or have they completely given up on customer service altogether?
Thanks.

Don't think they have one any more, customers seem to be low down on their priorities since P Power got involved.

On the live chat they always reply with all our agents are busy at the moment we will beep when someone is free.
The phone line they advertise is discontinued .Why have they not removed from web page .There customers service is one big F.

Not unless you are a priority customer. Otherwise it's livechat only. https://support.betfair.com/app/home/

It’s call live chat as it makes you lose the will to live.

Hi  I am also going round in circles trying to contact Betfair,  none of the chat options work, they just drop or give a message that there are tech difficulties.   None of the emails are valid, they all come back as not valid or not receiving.  And to top it all the phone numbers I eventually found are premium rate!!   0844 871 7000/5000
Looks as though the only way to contact them is via snail mail, if the address is valid!!

The webchat usually works, but you're probably better off hitting @BetfairCS on X/Twitter.

Divent recommend giving details to BF on X after the Taylor Swift tickets hack.

If customer service is not responding or unhelpful try emailing peter.jackson@flutter.com. You'll get a reply pronto-pronto. He's the head honcho. Good luck!

can anyone offer any insight, as to why a withdrawal will not have gone through??

i withdrew a four figure amount for the first time and 40 minutes later another 400, the 400 is in, but not the 1200 isnt, any reason as to why that might be??

For urgent enquiries or to get a response that is actually accurate - unfortunately your best bet is to try a Ouija Board.

That may be normal procedure, think this has happened to me.  !st one landed in my bank to see instantly and the 2nd maybe 16 hours later.

Just make sure you have a bet ref ID via https://myactivity.betfair.com/transactions

You have nothing to worry about. If it is showing on the pending tab it will be paid. They will double check a four figure sum before releasing funds.

In all fairness to Betfair, you could have got all the information that has since been provided by other posters, from their "help" pages.

Had you had a genuine issue that needed accurate guidance in real time - then you'd have been completely fecked.

The most common examples would be am in-play bet that has been matched but you suspect should have been voided (and may or may not be correctly voided after the event has concluded) or you've had a matched bet incorrectly voided but suspect it shouldn't have been and it may or may not be (correctly) reinstated after the event has been concluded.

The clock is ticking, the event is still on-going, you have no idea of your position (financially) or how to manage your position and your options are Gwendolyn on "live-chat" (with all of our agents are busy) or Marmaduke on Twitter - neither of whom (when you eventually hit the front of the queue) know what a matched bet is or whether Galatasaray is a Race Track or a Snooker player.

Obviously VAR hasn't helped - but are BF perfectly capable of screwing up any market in many sports both before and after VAR was introduced.
