I started doing forecasts just recently and I hit like 25% at average odds of 9. All you need is a strong fav and one good value pick who will probably get beat by the fav, especially when the fav is below 2/1, which was not the case here. If Aced It steamed more he woulda won.

I shoulda put Malinas Island and Freethinker in a forecast. That's 2 races in a row I got completely right, pure guessing.

The problem is that the exchange doesn't have the forecast market in bigger races and I don't bother going to the sportsbook.

CSF in this race paid out 70/1...
