its a good deal but as long as we can watch the  race live via here or the online bookies what's the point really.

Also when there are a few meeting being covered there is no time for presenters views. The only guy I would listen too is Mellish.

I suppose its only £10 but would you subcribe - yes or no

Evening Guys,

I've never subscribed to any racing channels but am i right in assuming RUK is an all day channel with live racing i can watch on a laptop ?

A tenner a month seems a good deal and considering i'm going to be working from home for many more weeks to come it could be a pleasant distraction.

Is it any good ?

yes saw that and the 12-35 thurles race title tomorrow, does not mention £10 a month, and nothing on the racing tv site.

All their profits go back into racing, has anybody got any idea what profit they make. It cant be much with all the pundits they have.

Andrew - yes you can watch on a laptop. Go to their website to see what meetings are covered.
Ashleigh - the offer will be on Friday just for that day and you must commit for a year

Andrew, you can also watch individual meetings without interruptions on your laptop.

will have a look on friday, surprised if they are doing that offer, for the last month they have been offering free for a month then £25 a month on a years contract,  with double page adverts in the racing post most days, the offer finished last sunday.
anyone that foolishly took up that offer will be livid to find it for £10 a month a week later.Crazy

And as ever Virgin customers never benefit. Continually paying full whack for an incomplete package.

I used to subscribe, keep getting mailshots offering £10 a month for the service, I probably would do if I spent a lot of time on Betfair but i am always busy with other things, so got fed up paying for something i rarely used. I found all the fill in crap boring as well, it's easier to use BFLV to just watch the race for nothing.

Yep ^ cant understand anyone paying to watch, every race live for free most beting firms.

I just want to watch the racing, which you can do now on betfair.
I have no interest in listening to presenters whatsoever.
So I'm out!

Don't use it often but yes. I subscribed last time it was offered at a tenner. However, I wouldn't pay more. The club days are a nice bonus as and when you can use them.

agree, if you can/do go racing it pays for itself. And it's convenient for knowing when races are actually off.

I used to have Sky, but the picture break-up in bad weather was terrible. In my book that doesn't leave you much of a choice.

The only guy I would listen too is Mellish.

Dear oh dear, RUK should be paying YOU a tenner a month to listen to fence-sitter Mellish.

The ONLY pundit worth listening to is Jonathan Neesom. Never afraid to offer an opinion.

ive said as much many times ... i'll stick with virgin despite the sky discounts as everything , touch would , seems to work virtually all of the time . twenty quid a month; free racing badges and watch everything worth watching for about the same price of  5 days in  a month of rubbish racing post . which i view on my virgin internet anyway .its a fiver a week , thats all . and you dont have fitzy .

After paying full subs from the start.
They offered me via the Racegoers Club the £10pm deal in August.
When I realised it was only for new customers I challenged them on why my fellow members could be paying £170 less than me. I cancelled my subscription. They then write to me about the black friday offer.
A very strange way to treat loyal customers.

I've been a customer for ages and because I have 2 Q boxes upstairs they won't budge from £24.98 per month. If I say well cancel it then it's too expensive at that price they just say OK no problem, we'll cancel it now for you!
By:
Hushwing.
When: 26 Nov 21 15:19
i'm paying £24.98 and thats for main box only , they wanted more money for my extra Q boxes
By:
swiftynifty
When: 26 Nov 21 15:19
Slippy, ditto here, they should state that in the advert, no to Q users.
By:
sparrow
When: 26 Nov 21 15:23
Why would they say no to a person using a Q box?
By:
SlippyBlue
When: 26 Nov 21 15:26
Well you should get your Q box included at that price Hushwing.

I'd insist because I've had that arrangement in place for quite awhile now.
By:
swiftynifty
When: 26 Nov 21 15:32
sparrow, Q uses the internet so you are using 2 separate services from them.
By:
sparrow
When: 26 Nov 21 16:17
Well I use the Q box and have done for a few years now with no restrictions. Of course no extra boxes and I do not possess a Smart TV.
By:
swiftynifty
When: 26 Nov 21 16:21
sorry , i meant the mini boxes.
