For some reason all the smarts seem to love Ambition. The book suggests it always comes up short when raised in class.

The paper does not mention Sir Tom putting up Hurricane Lane. Fwiw page 24 has various tipsterers' top 3 in the Arc and Tom's is:- 1. Snowfall 2. Adayar 3. Alenquer |
