Kuan can you please give a reason why in the past you refused to use any free bets on your account/accounts?

I thought 2% commission payers weren't entitled to these sort of offers.

I get notification on phone then you have to go to promotions to claim it. After no promotions since I went on 2% plan came out the blue, my thinking is it's a sweetener and they might be getting rid of the 2% plan, hope I'm wrong and betfair are giving the loyal customers something back.

They offer me free spins occasionally but I wouldn't know how and so I don't.
Would prefer to keep it that way actually.

First you have to click twice on the popup banner to accept it. It doesn't work on gruss, so you have to go to the webpage and click a little slider to use it for a bet.

When you get to confirm the bet just make sure you’ve clicked on the ‘use free bet’ option or the money will come out of your normal balance

I have received a few of these. Just use them straight away. free money

seems to be a change of direction from the entire Flutter group.  They have restarted r a k e b a c k on pokerstars as well.

Been betting on here for years, never seen a free bet offer yet.

Must only apply to sportsbook I suppose.

Make them pay…I got one the other day and turned it into a couple hundred with a treble at Woodbine. Do some crazy bet you don’t usually do.

Just realised the offer only came after they made me put deposit limit on my account, anybody else or just coincidence.
