i never used to check if my bets been settled but noticed in last few mths when i now check some bets they are not settled and have to go thru customer service these bet not on the win markets mostly fc bets and place bets sometimes i wait 45mins for a fc or place to be settled but nope it's not so have to get onto customer service then suddenly it appears in my account anybody been going thru same problems it's not every bet i have but just now and then going by what i've seen everyone should check all bets are settled

I think the team that settles the "side-markets" have all been seconded onto a project to understand why there is no liquidity in the "side-markets"

lol but 1 hr after a horse race and no trace of the money in your account not good why have the place market plus 4 places and 5 places and when complain just like magic its in your account
oh ok seems you have to check every winning bet you have not good with the trust levels
I have always checked every bet and really surprised that some might not.
but days like today i am turning over loads of bets so not got time but will make time now
I made the same point a few days ago - if you have to make contact to get a bet settled (more than an hour after the race) it's not great for trust or integrity imo - but then BF don't seem too bothered. Can understand a short delay for 5 & 6 places or A v B - but can't understand a very long delay for standard place market or the forecast.
You probably have a lot more bets than me dr and these days I probably wouldn't even be able to keep up with your sort of tunrnover.
Once again they settled a snooker market before the winner had been declared this morning and then tried telling me the pics I was watching must be delayed. BFLV is slow, but it's not 8 minutes slow (B365, Mountains still betting on it, WST live score showing the match still in play)....

My bet in 7.35 was finally settled 23 minutes later after contacting them on Twitter. Only reason I use Twitter is to contact betfair.
Maybe they are waiting until election day and confirmation of his position post then. Mr Trump could still change his mind prior.
