Statement shows everything, but not P+L, place market sorted ok, but not the win market, presume it's related to the late non-runner. Just seems to happen randomly though, for some late non runners works fine. A

It's been settled and added to my balance - you can find it on the Account Statement page. Just not added to the profit & loss page. Never will be either, judging by past efforts. But the money is in my account.

Yes, but my P&L is wrong.
It still has not been corrected. Whilst it is on the Statement, is is not shown on my P&L. This will surely not pass the Betfair auditors, as their Monthly Accounts will not agree. Raises some interesting questions for me. |

Like you, I have a misaligned P&L because of this, can't work out why it hasn't been rectified. I was in fairly lengthy chat with 2 b/fair workers by the text service last night and it seems to no avail. |

The questions would be , has this happened before and how on earth would the internal auditor allow Balances
on different parts of their Accounts to not reconcile. May be it will all come out at Month End. |

Talking to a couple of ex-Woolworth shop workers, now on their Help Desk would surely be a waste of time.
