They have replaced it with a "live-chat" facility where you can chat nonsense at great length with somebody that knows nothing about betting or betting exchanges.BlushCry

Have they given a reason why it is broken, can i be" rest assured" that the betfair beavers are working tirelessly both day and night
to correct this fault and that normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.Has anyone checked twitter or facebook to find a time frame that might suggest when this arduous task may be completed.Grin

i need to know why the captain of the titanic Edward Smith did not RAM the ship into the iceberg to keep it floating when he found out they were sinking ,and they were short on lifeboats.he also knew he had to keep the ship floating for 12 hours for help to arrive. So why did he not wedge the ship into the iceberg?CHIT CHAT FORUMITES would be able to answer this question.Grin

the iceberg took 2 months to melt.
So you are in the middle of the ocean, your ship is sinking, you have no chance of surviving ,but there is a 100 stories high iceberg 50 yards away and you say"we are doomed, its over ,i am going to my cabin to restLaugh"

Surely everyone knows it was the Olympic not the Titanic that sank! Biggest insurance job of it's time.

The conspiracy theory claims that some person or people found the Olympic too severely damaged to be profitable, and so at some point switched it with the Titanic to purposefully ditch the damaged ship, reap the insurance money and, it seems, kill a bunch of people in the process.

There are a lot of holes in this theory, but one of the biggest is that the Titanic’s insurance wasn’t enough to cover the Olympic’s loss. As J. Kent Layton writes in Conspiracies at Sea, “the switch conspiracy founders—quite literally—on its financial merits alone.”

Such a shame chit-chat got pulled, it could be hugely entertaining and the quizzes were excellent fun. The first ever thread was posted by NASHWAN " What is your favourite toothpaste? "

yes ,what a great idea, switch ships before the off, knowing they would never weigh in in AMERICA.and of course collect the insurance. And then the Titanic becomes a seller.Shocked
