52 Rides without a win , i know all jockeys go through a lull but her lack of effort / confidence must have a bearing on her mounts

Backed that as well , i know Tinklers sprinters are not running well , but her efforts of late have been abysmal
The quicker she rides out her claim and retires to her real role in life as a work rider the better....
Jinxy will be along shortly after paying out on his lay. 
She has done me ok backing her in the place markets, grayhawk. Always does her best with what she gets to ride.
For a jockey that rides the vast majority of her winners at sprint distances , you would have thought she would be all action late on yet she appears to be anything but in a finish .
I agree. I've never had an issue with her riding anything I've backed. Perfectly capable claiming apprentice.

She's a complete passenger, I remember one ride on a huge priced horse at Newcastle, she barely even pushed it out, beaten a short head. As If By Chance was the horse's name.
When I pocket talk as you do jinxy then you can indeed TALK. I never backed any of those horses but just reminding people that those jockeys mentioned are quite capable when given a decent opportunity.

No he's not. I'm with sparrow. She is a perfectly good apprentice, learning her trade and riding winners as she goes.
Carrot - If you're referring to her ride in the 14:45 Thirsk on High Security - the horse was never going to get 6 furlongs on the going - even the mug that writes the spotlight comments could see that.
Maybe spend more time looking at the formbook and a less time starting jockey bashing threads imo

So why keep the horse on it's own , if getting the trip was a problem on the going cover was what the horse needed not a solo run
The horse is a 17 race maiden - what were you expecting her to do on it today at the wrong trip (the horse barely gets 5f imo) and on the wrong (soft) ground?
It's gone off at 7/2 to win and 4/5 to place today - I'd suggest you try to locate the pink button! - rather than explore ways in which she might have ridden it to finish 8th or 9th (rather than stone cold last).

The horse had not raced on soft going before , it had raced twice on good to soft placed both times, there was every chance the horse could get the extra furlong if ridden toto do so , a lone furrow was not the way to get it
He's a 17 race maiden - he's been gelded - they've tried blinkers - they've tried cheekpieces - they've tried a visor - then they've tried the blinkers again!
About 9 other jockeys have had a go - including some big names at short prices. He's been placed 8 times and would probably have won at least a couple of those races if only they had been run over 4.5 furlongs!

If you think that horse was beaten by the ride, I would advise you to give up gambling on horses and quickly.
With you carrot , a lot of sh1te rides and small amount of good ones , take no notice of sparrow ... pocket talker !
sparrow has forgotten more about this game - dogs, horses and punting - than you'll ever know.
